We were early product leaders at Flex, where we helped scale the largest rent payment network in the country.

There, we worked alongside some of the largest operators in the U.S. and saw how much of their work still ran on fragmented systems and manual coordination. Even great teams were held back by tools that hadn’t meaningfully changed in decades.

We started Unitbase to change that. We work alongside operators to build AI around how their teams already work, so the back office runs consistently and every decision is better informed. Real estate deserves to sit at the frontier of software, not behind it.
