Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

Unitbase, Inc. ("Unitbase," "we," "us," or "our") does not send, and does not permit any affiliate, partner, contractor, or third party to send, unsolicited bulk email advertising unitbase.co, withunitbase.com, or any other domain we own. All commercial email sent by Unitbase originates from named Unitbase employees using company-controlled, authenticated mailboxes.

1. Scope

This policy applies to every commercial email sent by or on behalf of Unitbase, whether by an employee, contractor, affiliate, or partner, and to every domain we own. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

It does not cover transactional or service messages, such as account notifications, security alerts, invoice-processing updates, or replies to a conversation you started with us. Those messages are sent to fulfill an existing relationship and are governed by our customer agreements.

2. How we send commercial email

Every commercial email is sent by a named Unitbase employee from a mailbox we control. Our sending domains are authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so recipients and mailbox providers can verify that a message really came from us.

Our "From," "Reply-To," and routing information accurately identify the person and company sending the message, and our subject lines reflect the content of the message.

3. What every commercial email includes

Every commercial email we send includes:

  • The sender's name and title
  • Unitbase's business location, New York, New York
  • A working method to opt out of future email

Opting out never requires a login, a fee, or any information beyond the email address you want removed.

4. Opt-out requests

Opt-out requests are honored within one business day and the address is added to a permanent suppression list. We check every send against that list, regardless of which employee, mailbox, or campaign the message would have come from.

You can opt out by using the method included in any message we send, by replying to the message, or by emailing abuse@unitbase.co.

5. Where our email lists come from

We do not purchase or rent email lists, and we do not use open relays, botnets, or unauthorized mail servers. We regularly remove addresses that bounce or have opted out.

6. Compliance with law

We follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and, where they apply to a recipient, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where a stricter standard applies, we follow the stricter standard.

7. Enforcement

Unitbase will terminate any employee, contractor, or partner found to be sending unsolicited bulk email on our behalf. We remain responsible for email sent on our behalf and do not delegate that responsibility to any third party.

8. Report unsolicited email

To report unsolicited email that appears to come from Unitbase, contact abuse@unitbase.co. If you can, forward the original message with its full headers so we can trace where it came from. We investigate every report and take action on what we find.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes are effective when the updated policy is posted, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
