Today we're announcing a $4.8M seed round led by Zigg Capital.
Unitbase started with agents for specific jobs: processing invoices, reconciling bank accounts, auditing vendor bills. Today we work with property management companies overseeing more than 100,000 apartment units, running inside the systems they already use.
Now we're going beyond point solutions. We partner directly with operators to map how their back office runs, then deploy agents across all of it.
Real estate is one of the largest industries in the country and one of the most manual. In residential real estate alone, payroll and administrative costs add up to about $100 billion a year. The people running real estate deserve software that does the work for them.
This funding goes to two things:
- Hiring. Engineers and operators who will embed with customers and ship agents into real workflows.
- Expanding. Bringing our agents into more of the back office, for more operators.
Thank you to our customers for trusting us with their books, to Zigg Capital for backing the vision, and to our team for building it.
We're just getting started. If you want to bring frontier AI to an industry with real stakes, we're hiring. If your back office is losing time or money, let's talk.
